The core business of the Center for Applied Management Trust is:
- It researches cutting-edge business management methodologies in order to:
- Develop business instruments for Customised Decision Support Systems and
- Prepare each Customised Decision Support System for Commercialisation by
- Compiling the correct data gathering instruments with proper coding.
- Overseeing the data gathering process
- Analysing and Interpreting the data
- Translating the management Information to Fundamental Management Information
- Compiling Performance Improvement Proposals (PIP) and Profit Improvement Proposals (PrIP)
- Training Alliance Managers in-house for clients to deal with their own PIP’s and PrIP’s correctly in a workshop environment
- Refining & testing all the above continuously.
