The integrity of Centre for Applied Management Science Trust is protected by its focus on the core issues listed above and its close relationship with the Potchefstroom campus of the University of North-west responsible for specialist tasks such as sophisticated analysis in the fields of statistics and applied mathematics. The statistical modeling used is based on Non-linear Response Surface Analysis Techniques initially developed in partnership with the Rostock University in Germany. Our involvement has been instrumental in adapting this very sophisticated statistical instrument to commercial needs.
The array of business instruments (or certain key elements thereof) being used by the Trust have been tested, proven and are being used in different applications worldwide by leading enterprises. We have adapted these instruments for South African conditions and they had been tested and refined over many years over diverse industries and by various post graduate researchers. These include formal academic studies. Consequently, what we offer South African enterprises today is academically sound yet deals with hard core practical issues. Different industries were covered from the very small to large corporations and also some government departments such as hospitals, clinics, schools and municipal service delivery.
