Conventionally, business results (outcomes of decisions) are measured in financial terms and although their importance and role is as vital as ever, it is just not good enough to meet the challenges of the 21st century. Our system manages the outcomes of business decisions by evaluating and controlling the quality content of (business) relations. In essence, it compels whereas decisions based on financial results are mostly reactive. Both are important since the latter is the final judge of the proficiency of pro-active measures.
The focus of the System (for business enterprises) is cash flow enhancement - the single most important goal for many businesses.
As this is a problem/challenge driven process it starts at a specific point (the defined problem/challenge) from where remedial actions spiral into a virtuous circle - as it addresses the next challenge/problem on the correctly computed priority list.
This process involves an ever-increasing variety of expertise (available because of a data base of experts, specialists and accredited business service providers).
